Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals for One-on-One services in Benson, NC. You will support individuals with disabilities and/or mental health or substance use challenges in residential and community settings, following each person’s Individual Support Plan and reporting outcomes.

Shifts vary by location with a mix of days, evenings, weekends. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Liability insurance.
• Own transportation; mileage paid.
• Regularly lift 30 lbs; up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb and lift.
• CPR proficiency required.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks (OIG, registry checks).
• Education verification and other credentialing as required.
• Proof of employment history or references if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Assist with People Supported Development.
• Assist with Person Supported Community Life.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.
