Job summary

ReMed, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults in neurorehabilitation. The role focuses on implementing rehab strategies, assisting with daily living activities, and guiding clients toward personalized independence in a home-like environment.

This part-time position offers weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) in Malvern, West Chester, or Paoli, PA, with responsibilities across ADLs, care coordination, and safe

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a record of responsible driving; travel up to 20% of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence by assisting with ADLs and rehab goals.
• Assist with medication administration and meal preparation.
• Support clients through challenging situations and follow behavior plans.
• Observe changes and alert the treatment team to ensure timely care.
• Safely transport clients to appointments and group outings.
