Qualifications

• DSP Year 1 Certifications (per Title 17).
• First Aid / CPR.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification - we can provide.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living, personal care, and community participation.
• Follow and implement daily routines per the IPP.
• Assist with bathroom needs and personal hygiene.
• Change undergarments or clothing when necessary.
• Prepare meals and assist with cleanup.
• Provide safe transportation in company vehicles as needed.
• Support health, safety, and well-being at all times.
• Advocate for independence and quality of life.
