Job summary

Traditional Home Care is seeking reliable Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one non-medical support to individuals with IDD, autism, mental health, and behavioral diagnoses in Bushkill, PA. We offer flexible schedules—part-time and full-time—and a competitive pay range with weekly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and helping clients meet goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) required.
• Must be comfortable using mobile devices and have reliable internet for EVV.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship
• Communicate effectively
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Ensure a safe environment and teach basic safety skills
• Meet individual goals and outcomes
• Promote community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)
