Almost Family is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our compassionate team in Milton-Freewater and surrounding areas. DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and safe, supportive care.

Flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, overnights) and paid training are offered. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, retirement options, bonuses, and scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide help with activities of daily living (ADLs) including physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations and support, behavioral interventions, and communication support
• Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities
• Develop and maintain client relationships and foster positive self-esteem
• Provide assistance with general housekeeping and home management
• Assist with aspects of personal care and hygiene (including showering/bathing, toileting and changing incontinence briefs)
