Job summary

INTEGRITY SUPPORT SOLUTIONS is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with disabilities in Darby, Delaware County. This role emphasizes compassionate care, encouraging personal growth, and assisting with daily living activities. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. The position offers benefits including flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $17 or more, depending on experience. A $300 signing bonus is also available under certain rules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle record preferred.
• Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test.
• Possess or be able to acquire certification in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Improve and respect the lives of individuals with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities.
• Assist in the implementation of individual plans and behavioral plan goals.
• Update individual case notes daily with feedback regarding individuals' strengths.
• Help individuals develop appropriate social, behavioral, housekeeping, and daily life skills.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including preparing meals and personal hygiene.
• Encourage individuals in the establishment of social networks.
