Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Must pass background checks, physical, and drug screening (paid by CNTA).

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with daily activities including meals, personal care, appointments, medication administration, and community outings.
Encourage independence, positive attitudes, and personal growth.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming residential home environment.
