Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support community integration and participation in recreational activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and well‑being.
• Document services and client progress accurately.
• Follow individualized care plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, respectful relationship with clients and families.
