Job summary

Abound Health in Apex, NC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with IDD in daily living, community participation, and behavioral support. You will help with ADLs, social activities, and skill development in a caring team setting.

Starting pay is $15.40/hour with a $1,000 signing bonus, paid onboarding and training, and opportunities for career growth. Weekly pay and a supportive, mission-driven environment are also offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record and driving record checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required depending on client needs.
