The DSP will engage clients in activities to enhance independence, participate in community life, and maintain required training. Strong communication and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background checks required.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance.
• Willing to drive individuals in community.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility is preferred for variable assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developing daily living and social skills.
• Engage in activities to promote independence and community participation.
• Maintain annual 24‑hour training requirements.
