Homeward Care LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Community Living Supports across Ottawa County, MI and surrounding areas. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enabling participation in community events and appointments.

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with paid training and flexible schedules. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $21.00 per hour, supporting individuals in a safe and respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Preferred but not required.
• Training: Paid training provided.
• Availability: Multiple client assignments and flexible scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal routines.
• Encourage independence and development of essential life skills.
• Support community outings, recreational activities, and appointments.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and household tasks.
• Provide transportation for community activities when needed.
• Promote social interaction, communication, and community involvement.
• Follow individualized care plans and person-centered goals.
• Maintain accurate daily progress notes and service documentation.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
