New Vista of the Bluegrass Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Somerset, KY. You will provide caregiver assistance to residents at Oakwood, participate in community activities, and uphold safety and residents' rights on a campus-style setting.

Starting pay ranges from $18.19 to $19.35 per hour, with a $0.45/hr shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts and a $1/hr weekend uplift. A strong benefits package supports employees and dependents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet criminal background, drug screening, and COVID-19 vaccine standards.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
