Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required for transporting persons served.
• Background clearance required as part of onboarding.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to drive company vehicles where required.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentorship with daily activities to those served, ensuring health and safety.
• Hands-on mentoring to help individuals become more independent.
• Provide positive direction to help individuals achieve personal goals.
• Administer medications and monitor medical well‑being.
