Abound Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a client in the New Wilmington area. This part-time role involves high-level personal care, mobility transfers, and supervised daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Mobility: assist with transfers and mobility for a non-ambulatory client.
• Personal care: help with bathing, toileting, hygiene.
• Medical & dietary care: manage tube-feeding and medications; monitor health, seizure activity.
• Communication support: assist client communication using iPad, pictures, and non-verbal cues.
• Behavioral support: maintain a calm, structured environment with guided behavior.
• Documentation: record daily services and communicate with families and Abound team.
