Job summary

Crown Pointe, a Sonida Senior Living community in Omaha, NE, is seeking a dedicated driver to transport residents safely to routed stops and assist them in and out of vehicles. You will operate clean, well-maintained vehicles and support activity programs as needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, reporting any concerns to the Executive Director, and representing the community positively. Valid license required; CDL preferred where necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license. CDL endorsement preferred and required where necessary.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and ER in excess of 50lbs, as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the workday

Responsibilities

• Driver Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for picking up and delivering residents to the routed stops. Assists residents in and out of vehicles.
• Operates vehicles in a safe and clean fashion.
• May assist the Activity Director with in-house activities, including planning and organizing, arranging furniture, decorating, and the general setup for activity programs.
• Ensures that residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect. Reports any such instance to the Executive Director.
