Job summary

Crandell's Enterprises is seeking a Driver to provide safe, dependable transportation for older adults and individuals with disabilities. You will help clients reach medical appointments, programs, and community activities while preserving dignity, privacy, and safety.

The role requires patience, reliability, and strong communication. Schedule includes regular weekday hours with potential for evening/weekend coverage and adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and insurance requirements.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to report for shifts.
Patient, compassionate approach for older adults and disabilities.
Ability to follow verbal/written directions and ask questions when unclear.
Strong documentation skills for logs and reports (Outlook/Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

Transport clients safely and on time to appointments and activities.
Treat clients with dignity, respect, and appropriate support.
Follow routes, schedules, and company policies for transportation.
Verify passenger details, pickup and dropoff, and drop instructions.
Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and secure belongings.
