Job summary

The Downsizers seeks a compassionate Downsizing Specialist to support move-management projects in the Triangle area. You will work with clients to sort, pack, unpack, and settle belongings, while following Move Plans with care and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you assist older adults through emotionally sensitive transitions and coordinate with Managers and the team on site.

Qualifications

• Must have empathy for seniors and individuals in transition.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong critical thinking.
• Clear verbal and written communication, with professional client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support downsizing projects with compassion and care.
• Assist with sorting, packing, donating, and organizing items.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Team Lead for Move Plans and timelines.
