Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Texas to support patient care in our clinic. You will work under the supervision of the Medical Director, Registered Nurse, and Program Director to provide high-quality care and compassionate service during challenging times for patients.

Expect to manage medication administration, patient flow, and collaboration with the medical team, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact.
• Prior experience in a clinical environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supply and administers single-dose medication per physician's order and records dosage.
• Prepares pre-poured doses for takeout patients as allowed by policy.
• Maintains accurate daily medication inventory and counts.
• Observes patient condition and communicates concerns to Medical Director.
• Documents patient care and charts in medical records.
• Coordinates with Medical Director and Program Director on patient care.
• Assist with nursing staff onboarding and monthly scheduling.
• Ensure licensure/certification according to state requirements.
• Participate in CARF preparation and state audits.
• Answer phones and greet visitors on clinic premises.
