New Season Treatment Centers is seeking an LPN to work under the Medical Director, RN, and Program Director. You will engage with patients directly, provide compassionate care, and support outpatient treatment workflows in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in your state.
• Understanding of opiate addiction, medical terminology, general nursing knowledge.
• Basic mathematics skills; must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supply and administer medication per physician's order and record dosage.
• Conduct daily inventory of medication supply.
• Maintain accuracy in daily medication accounting.
• Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation when cashier is absent.
• Ensure disposal of medical waste per protocol.
• Observe patient demeanor prior to dosing.
• Contact other centers to verify dosages.
• Administer lab tests and collect data for review by Medical Director or RN.
• Schedule and screen patients for Medical Director.
• Assist in data collection for history and physical docs.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient paperwork.
• Participate in CARF preparation and state audits.
• Interface with public and patients at front desk.
