Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• CPR Certification is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Participate in recreational activities with clients, including outings and community events.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of quality care and services.
• Other duties as assigned
