Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• All required training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist clients in independent services so they can remain successfully in their homes and community.
• Interact with and lead the clients by modeling appropriate behavior and maintaining normalization principles.
• Document all client information - daily progress notes, program goal charting, communication notes, and other information as needed.
• Safely transport clients as needed.
