Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report, physical exam/TB test, and drug test.
• Reliable transportation to assigned location.
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check and child abuse clearance.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on care to adults and children with autism and other disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain a warm, caring environment through housekeeping.
• Document progress accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Administer first aid and CPR as trained.

Skills
