ICM is seeking dedicated caregivers in Arkansas to provide quality in-home care, including daily living support, transportation assistance, and coordination of health-related activities. You will document shift updates and ensure client safety, while maintaining compassionate, professional care standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and possess a valid AR driver’s license and auto insurance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old with at least 1 year of supervised work experience in public health, human services, or related fields.
• Or two years of verifiable history working with persons with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily activities.
• Assist clients with appointments and transportation to run errands.
• Support clients to achieve goals and community integration.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
• Monitor client safety and surroundings, including equipment and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
