Job summary

Ultipro in Salem, Oregon is seeking Dedicated Support Direct Support Professionals to support one person in their family home. DSPs in this role are flexible, knowledgeable, creative, and organized to deliver excellent, person-centered care.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available at $23.50 per hour ($20 base wage plus $3.50 differential). Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA, 401(k), gym discounts, and other employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age at start.
• Intermediate computer skills; ability to learn agency applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, cooperative and reliable.
• Ability to interpret various instructions and balance basic math transactions.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medications and assist with daily living tasks.
• Provide transportation support and help with personal routines.
• Communicate using a photo system with the family and supports teams.
• Attend doctors’ appointments and document follow-ups.
• Support person-centered plans and promote health and safety.
