Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Homestead, PA to support individuals in the day program. Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Previous experience preferred but not required with individuals with developmental disabilities/autism.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow ISP health and safety protocols for each individual.
• Maintain safety and supervise to ensure a safe environment.
• Document and report all relevant notes, progress, and incidents.
• Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Communicate clearly with team members, families, medical professionals, and supports coordinators.
• Mentor colleagues and support trainings as needed.
