Job summary

Independent-Case-Management- in Arkansas seeks compassionate caregivers to assist customers with daily living activities, meals, grooming and medication reminders. You will help with transportation, companionship, and strive to improve quality of life and community integration.

Responsibilities include documenting daily updates, monitoring safety, and performing other duties as assigned while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a positive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years old with 1 year of relevant supervised work experience in public health, human services or community service.
• Or two years of verifiable history working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Valid AR Driver's License and auto insurance.
• HIPAA awareness and ability to follow privacy/safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding and medication reminders.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and accompany customers as needed.
• Support goals to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities using an online platform.
• Observe safety, monitor environment and perform other duties as assigned.
