Sanga Corporation, Inc. in Arizona is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate care in group homes serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work with medical teams, assist with daily living tasks, and accompany clients to appointments.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and confidentiality. Many shifts are available, including 12-hour, 8-hour, and 3x12 options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Successful clearance of background checks.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally over 100 pounds.
• Must obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic household tasks and accompany members to doctor visits.
• Provide care as directed by the ISP to improve skills, health and independence.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the living environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
• Maintain records accurately and meet attendance requirements.
• Follow policies and complete incident reports as needed.
