Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years of age.

• Pass background checks and TB test.
• Experience with Developmental Disabilities or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living skills per ISP.
• Observe policies and attend trainings.
• Document health records and ISP goals.
• Transport residents to medical appointments as needed.
• Maintain resident records and confidentiality.
• Help with meals and menu planning as assigned.
• Ensure safety and report concerns promptly.
