Job summary

Marbridge Foundation is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist residents with daily routines, personal care, and life skills on our expansive 200-acre campus. You will promote independence and engage residents in community activities.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, documenting progress, and supporting hygiene, grooming, and medication administration while delivering hands-on training in essential life skills.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills and a professional manner with staff, residents, vendors and families.
• Be organized and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• One year of experience in a residential setting with individuals with mental or physical challenges or related life experience preferred.

• Foster community engagement and supervise on-campus activities and off-site outings.
• Document resident progress and assist in implementing individualized training plans.

Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid Texas Driver's License and good driving record

Shifts Available

• 9:45 PM – 7:45 AM, Fri & Sat
• PRN, As needed

Pay and Benefits

• $16.00 a hour
• $750 Sign on Bonus paid out half at 90 days and half at 6months
• 401k Retirement with employer matching
