Job summary

Brandi's Hope Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Nights) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires patience, kindness, and a team-driven attitude, with evening to overnight hours and opportunities for overtime.

Duties include assisting with daily tasks, recreation, community inclusion, and transport when needed. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, CPR, background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable work experience in the last three (3) years.
• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license to transport clients as needed.
• Must possess current CPR training.
• Must submit to an extensive background check and drug screening before employment offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development/intellectual disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities and community inclusion.
• May transport to appointments or accompany clients as a job advocate.
• Assist with feeding and hygiene as needed; duties discussed with employer.
