Job summary
Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Beaver Falls, PA to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our Home and Community Division. This role provides direct care, assists with ADLs, personal care, meal prep, and transportation, and requires compassionate, reliable team members who can document progress and stay engaged in activities of daily living.
No experience is required—we provide paid training and opportunities for career development while you help clients
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- No prior experience required; paid training provided.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
- Support life skills development and community engagement
- Provide community transport and safe transportation support
- Promote health and safety and assist with medication as trained
- Complete documentation, progress notes, and service logs
