Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Home and Community Division in Moon Twp, PA. This Direct Support Professional role offers meaningful work supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs in a community setting.

No experience is required as paid training is provided; candidates must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. Shifts include double weekend coverage, with opportunities to grow and develop care skills and independence for our clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
