Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Crocker, MO, at home and in the community. Applicants should bring caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid training before starting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year related Direct Support Professional experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background and drug screening.
• CPR and First Aid training before first shift preferred.
• Availability for at least one weekend per month.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
• Helping with meal preparation and cleanup.
• Supporting light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offering companionship and encouragement.
• Accompanying individuals to appointments, errands, or community activities.

Formação

High school diploma or GED

Level 1 Med Aide Certification preferred
