Cooperative for Human Services Inc. seeks compassionate Direct Support Workers to join our Bedford programs, assisting adults with disabilities in daily living, health monitoring, and personal care in their homes and residential settings.

We offer competitive pay at $24.40 per hour, paid training, development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package for both part-time and full-time staff, including medical, dental, vision, retirement and life insurance, plus MAP certification support.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid CNA license.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for each person served and support ISP goals.
• Maintain professional communication with families, guardians, service providers, management, and stakeholders.
• Create a safe, healthy, personalized home environment reflecting each person’s preferences and monitor health and nutrition needs.
• Promote engaging activities and community participation.
• Administer MAP-certified medication only.
• Safeguard confidentiality and dignity of individuals served.
• Provide required documentation, transportation, and respond to emergencies.
• Participate in mandatory training and perform additional duties as assigned.
