Qualifications

• Must possess a sincere desire to provide direct service and support to persons with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• Ability to make sound judgments, work as a team member, and exchange constructive feedback with staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe living environment, bathing, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Complete various household tasks and supervise, teach, and assist the individual to foster independence, choice and empowerment.
