Community Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with disabilities in Tigard, OR. DSPs provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and help participants engage in community activities with dignity and respect.

This full-time role offers a swing shift (Thu–Mon) 6:00am–2:00pm, training, and benefits designed to support work-life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record preferred for day/swing shifts.
• Background check required.
