Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently in the person’s home and/or community.
• Reliable with effective communication and organizational skills.
• New York State Driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with activities in the community and learning independent living skills.
• Support healthy food choices and accompany the client to community activities.
• Travel to different locations and help expand activities and interests.
