Job summary

Monadnock Developmental Services in Walpole, NH is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9am–2pm, to assist an adult male with disabilities in community settings.

Responsibilities include facilitating social and recreational activities, transporting the individual to appointments and events, and maintaining records of daily activities and progress. Training will be provided for each program.

Qualifications

• This position requires a commitment to the individual’s well-being and fosters a supportive team environment.
• Auto insurance coverage with a minimum of 100K/300K for injury and liability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide community support and help engage in social and recreational activities.
• Hours: 25 per week.
• Transportation of the individual for errands, appointments and community programs.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, behaviors and progress.
• Training will be provided in all applicable areas for each program.
