Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct support within residential settings. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour, with full-time or part-time, non-exempt scheduling.

You will assist 4–6 individuals per program, enabling independence and social integration while following individual service plans and maintaining records. Responsibilities include health maintenance, medication administration where assigned, personal care, transportation, and community orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service plans, including socialization and daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care, housekeeping, recreation, transportation, and community integration.
• Maintain records and confidentiality.
• Follow safety and health procedures.
