Job summary

AID of Indiana is seeking Full Time Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes across Indiana, including Marion, IN. Prior experience is not required, as we welcome caregivers, CNAs, and DSPs, and we promote from within.

We offer full-time benefits including health, life, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401K match. Training is provided and paid for.

Qualifications

• G.E.D. or High School Diploma is required.
• Drivers License is required.
• Social Security Card is required.
• Birth Certificate/Passport is required.
• County Background Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Help with house cleaning and meal preparation.
• Accompany clients to community activities and appointments.
• Teach life skills and promote self-advocacy.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
