Visiting Angels in Wall, NJ is seeking a Part Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist clients in their homes across the Southern Monmouth County area. You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safe transportation support on a per-diem, non-exempt basis.

The role requires an HHA certification and a high school diploma, with preferred access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HHA certification issued by NJ State Board of Nursing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with car insurance preferred and reliable vehicle recommended.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities are required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes as scheduled.
• Physically capable of assisting with groceries, mobility, and daily tasks.
• Willingness to perform housekeeping and cooking while following dietary restrictions.
• Must comply with state and office health and safety standards.
• Compassion and a desire to brighten clients' days are essential.
• Ability to observe patients accurately and respond to health changes promptly.

Responsibilities
