Flexible schedules include full‑time and part‑time opportunities with weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a team‑oriented environment. Training and benefits align with hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background, driving, and healthcare checks.
• Willingness to assist with personal care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support with activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support community participation and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
• Maintain health and safety while fostering independence.
• Complete documentation and scheduling.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
