Job summary

365 Health Services is seeking a Caregiver to provide physical care and emotional support to clients who cannot fully care for themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The caregiver will maintain dignity, patience, compassion, and respect while assisting with daily living activities and personal care.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, errands, transportation, appointments, medications, meal prep, and companionship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Criminal Background report required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, run errands or provide transportation, accompany to appointments, assist with medications, prepare meals, assist with personal care and everyday living tasks.
• Provide companionship and ensure dignity, patience, compassion, and respect in interactions with clients.
