Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Direct Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals needing help with daily living activities due to age, illness, or disability. You will promote safety, comfort, and independence while maintaining dignity in daily care tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility support, meal preparation, companionship, and adherence to care plans. Flexible scheduling may be required, with work settings including private homes or healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Support mobility including transferring and repositioning.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary needs.
• Assist with medication reminders where regulations permit.
• Perform light housekeeping and light laundry.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to supervisors.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Follow care plans and coordinate with family and healthcare professionals.
