Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers in Indiana to help people grow, learn, and live well. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with complex needs, and help participants engage in daily activities and community life.

You’ll build real relationships, take initiative, and work with supportive supervisors who trust you to do what’s right for participants, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals and community involvement.
