• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with compassion.

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Support participants in reaching developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
