Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Salisbury, MD is hiring full-time Wait Staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will work a consistent schedule, maintain dining standards, and support a welcoming restaurant-style atmosphere within our memory care and assisted living environment.

Responsibilities include high-quality service, coordination with the Dining Director, setting tables, serving beverages, and reviewing daily menus with residents to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with dining staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Dining Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance with PSL standards.
• Serve residents and guests with beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
