The role emphasizes friendly, respectful interaction with residents and staff, adherence to safety standards, and accurate meal recording to help with cost tracking and billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in dining, food service, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals promptly with correct portions and presentation.
• Assist with meal preparation according to established menus and dietary needs.
• Provide respectful, courteous service to residents, guests and staff.
• Ensure special diets and allergies are followed for each resident.
• Record meals daily to support cost tracking and billing.
• Maintain dining room, kitchen, and service areas per cleanliness standards.
