Job summary

Seacrest Village in Encinitas, CA is actively seeking a full-time Dietary Services support role for the PM shift. The position offers hourly compensation between $19.50 and $21.00, with duties centered on meal service, trays setup, and adherence to dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by licensure
• Food Handlers' certification
• Knowledge of facility, services, menus (including entrées and their ingredients), and dietary policies
• Set up trays and dining room tables per guest preferences and diet orders
• Follow diet rosters and tray tickets for accuracy of therapeutic and texture modified diets, allergies, preferences, dining room, and other special needs
• Obtain meal preferences for individuals who have not completed the weekly menu

Responsibilities

• Set up trays and dining room tables per guest preferences and diet orders.
• Follow seating arrangements and notify Diet Aide or manager of conflicts or changes.
• Follow diet rosters and tray tickets for accuracy of therapeutic and texture modified diets, allergies, preferences, dining room, and other special needs.
• Notify diet aide or RD prior to making any modifications.
• Record and report food preferences and intolerances to RD and Diet Aide.
