Job summary

Sun Health's Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, AZ is seeking a Server to provide warm, attentive table service to residents and guests. You will greet guests, take and serve orders, ensure dining room cleanliness, and collaborate with back-of-house staff to deliver accurate dishes.

We offer a limited-time $500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ($15.38–$16.98/hour), and benefits like 401k with employer match and tuition reimbursement. Previous wait-team experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is a plus but not required.
• Previous wait-team member experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a Point of Service (POS) computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents promptly and warmly.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders following steps of service.
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and proper setup before and after service.
